I will like to buy more of this good offers but the fact that your support refused to set my neo protect firewall rules to ACCEPT unlike the default FILTER settings which is affecting my slow DNS ports and I'm not enjoying my VPN Connection on the last Germany offer I purchased from your company. I wrote to your support repeatedly but they refuse to set ACCEPT which works best for me always. The Support keep telling the ports are open by default which I already know but the FILTER option must be set to ACCEPT before I can enjoy those open slow DNS ports stable VPN Connections on my end here. My last Germany VPS just remain idle on your website since I only purchased it for just slow DNS purpose

Customers were buying VPS and then demanding that all traffic be accepted, launching attacks and trying to hit us from within, This impacts our team's decisions on this matter.
