I need a small VDS in usa location. 9950x atleast 1 complete dedicated core(both vcpus should be dedicated) and minimum 8 gb RAM. 10 GBPS Network(preferably) .

    The cpu cores are not dedicated..right ? I wil prefer with dedicated cores.

    The only 9950x vds i've tried was with @mustafamw3
    Performance was good, gb6 scores were good
    Pretty sure they're the cheapest provider offering a 9950x vds in the us

    1 dedicated core = 6 vCore. Is that the standard conversion in the hosting industry?

    It probably just reflects their level of overselling on shared resources. Seems about normal for the industry.

    It's a consumer CPU. Each machine has 32 threads and anywhere from 128-192GB RAM (the highest capacity UDIMMs are only recently becoming available)

    Even with shared vCPUs you can do the math yourself based on how much RAM a host provides with their 9950X VPS
