Sounds like you didn’t enable spamexperts :) it requires pointing your mx records to different hosts.

    Have a good one.

  • I recommend tutanota free or paid plan.
You can also go with gmail, yahoo or microsoft.
    Mail baby is ok too.
    Plenty of options.

  • Proton mail.

  • too expensive pricing similar to Mxroute pricing please

From what I've seen (I may be wrong), they only provide a relay service, rather than email hosting that would compare to something like MXRoute - if I'm wrong, I'd happily be corrected here :)

The issue is your outgoing spam filters are too aggressive i moved away from @jar 's service to yours and your support's response was oh well we don't control external filters so i reached out to them myself with no luck i appreciate the cost vs support balance however.....

Ah, maybe you're in spamrl? We can whitelist in some cases but we'd have to see why its getting caught first.

If you want me to take a look I can, just PM me a ticket ID. If not, i'm sure Jar has things sorted.

  • If no spammer, then why blocked on outgoing filter, is it the bad wording used? Please explain @Francisco

It could be the URL's you have in your email are on SpamRL or similar. It could be we've seen emails that look very similar that were spam, or other users of Spamexperts reported as spam.

Inside of Spamexperts you can enable the 'class' columns and it'll give you feedback on scoring and things like that.

Most of the time we can trace the issue back to URL's being listed in SpamRL.

maybe you should stop using SPamRL the only email i use is for personal and professional use out of that domain equally i understand Microsoft might not like the domain....

  • Ah yes, it has a reason then, why its rejected.
OP has allready VPS with port 25 and vpn things + torrenting
If you go through the post, always want clean IP and mentioned @jar s service as very good in may 2024 and now spam is blocked

I saw your link before you edited it, and yes, its listed in a URL filtering database. I'd assume Jar's system should see the same given rspamd uses them as well.

I know SpamRL has an auto remove option for domains/URL's.

Can't think of why we'd be different there off hand. If I disabled that I've long forgotten.

We are using MXRoute since view weeks. Very happy with them so far. Not sure if it is a temporary solution for us or not.
I would wait for Black Friday

Namecrane is a good choice and it's getting better all the time.
