What location?
I can make this happen in Sofia. Including private networking between servers.

I would have a look at the configurable Dual Xeon E5-2690v4 servers from @1gservers - with the right discount code from LET you should get a system with 10 times 8 TB HDDs and a 2TB ssd for <$200.
And for Europe, @AlexBarakov is a highly recommended provider.
Thanks a bunch for the recommendation!
@damao - happy to help!
I'm currently using 1gservers' services. I'm using three servers, but the network is always limited to around 500M. Maybe it's an IO problem, but I haven't solved my problem. So I'm trying to change service providers.
10x14TB HDD with 10GE guaranteed and 400TB traffic. $200 is a pipe dream unless you go for one of the shit hosts here that will fail to provide you either a good network or good support (and some times both). Look at offers from a good company like say Clouvider, and you'll understand what your budget really should be (2-3x of current).
Thanks for the mention. We're already working with the OP privately on pricing.
Please open a ticket [email protected] so we can investigate the issue.
