About purchasing and leasing IPv4 address blocks

I would like to ask those who are knowledgeable about purchasing and leasing IPv4 addresses.
How much does it cost to purchase the cheapest IPv4 /24 IP segment?
How much does it cost to lease /26 /27 for one year?
Please advise me. Thank you.

    You can't lease blocks smaller than /24 without a service bundle. They are useless (non-routable in DFZ).

    Last time I checked they were ~ 50$ per IP for "buy-to-own".

    Not much, around ~1k2$
