    Does anyone know if the "Managed MySQL databases" included free with the VPS or we have to pay the additional cloud rate for that ?

    The page for VPS at https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-sg/vps/ says

    OVH has a US POP? Their site only shows Canada as their North American location.

    OVH has a different company in the US, OVH US with two DC locations in Ashburn and Hillsboro areas

    European companies try to differentiate their US business so that the non-US business does not get affected by the cloud act. That's why they have separate entities for the US.

    No, at least not an easy way. You can't mount an ISO but you can boot the VPS into a rescue mode and figure out how to install an OS from there. I prefer installing via an ISO as well, but if it's too complicated like this, I'm fine with using a template.
