Q: How long is setup after paying?
A: Instant usually unless stock is out, in that case new hardware will be deployed in most cases
Q: What does 1G-10G incoming mean?
A: Some hardware is connected at 1Gbps and others 10Gbps. We don't limit incoming port speed, only outgoing.
Q: No YABS/benchmark?
A: Results are different for every server and can change every minute, best to see if a server is suitable for your own use case, if not just ask for a refund within the standard 5 day refund window.

The only time i’ve had to send a piece of ID was to GreenCloudVPS, but I trust them enough. I also requested them to delete it after, which they promptly did.
did you snoop in their server files to certainly know if they removed it? are you sure they haven't made a copy of it?

I clicked the file link for the upload on the ticket and it didn't return any download since it doesn't exist on the server anymore, so it seemed to be deleted. Can't guarantee though that they made a copy somewhere. I agree that it's bullshit, but I didn't really have much choice
Somewhat unrelated, but I recently went overseas for volunteering, and a lot of places required us to give them our passports, so they could photocopy it for "records". I'm more scared about that, than GreenCloud.

lol. California and New Jersey for real though. Pornhub blocked access in Texas and Florida, due to the ID requirement laws. Or use one of the thousands of other sites that don't care.

I've added an install option for all VPS plans that includes automatic XRay, VLESS+Reality VPN server install. This may be useful for people wanting to easily get a private server setup with a fast VPN to bypass regional/government restrictions. Check the "Appliances" operating system group during the build process

Good stuff! If I may add on, another really good app is “AmneziaVPN” which also automates something similar to this, and works with any VPS running linux.
You download their application (windows, ios, android), then input your VPS ip and credentials. It automatically connects and starts installing whichever vpn protocol you select. (X-ray, etc)
All locations except Dallas are outbound only. Dallas includes inbound as well, but hopefully that'll change in the future.

A new IP monitor feature has been added on the website. When you login to your account, click "Services" then "IP Monitor" and you can toggle IP monitoring (icmp, tcp) for servers on your ExtraVM account, by default monitoring is disabled. If your IP stops responding you'll receive an email notice, same for when it comes back online if it goes down.
