Is this the right thread to post in about our IP tunnel offering? I was looking in rules and in the threads and can't really find a place where it fits - if an Admin / Mods needs, it can be moved to appropriate place.

Hi everone. The automatic renewal failed for 1 of our ip subnets from ipxo and it was terminated just today, we have 1 year commitment for this subnet. Any possibility from them to restore it based on anyones experience ? We have contacted them but they haven't replied yet.
Waiting for it to be listed again on their marketplace and renting it again is the only thing they can do
Yeah they just replied unuseful replies like we are checking with the internal team / etc. I found it listed again on the market place, had to buy it for a higher price thanks god we didn't lose it.
We have one RIPE IPv4 /24 returning to our leasing pool at the 1st of September.
All leases are done with the direct holder of the IP space, a Dutch private limited company, and contract backed with zero risk of losing the subnet (unless we get in some inevitable situation where you don't make your monthly payment and we are unable to reach you for a longer period of time).
Pricing is based on the initial contract length, payment are done monthly;
Additional discount up to 10% can be granted when prepaying a year or more in advance.
