keep your opinion for yourself, never asked for it
I don't think that everything that suits you may suit others (eggy man)
This is a public forum. If you didn’t want opinions, use your diary.
This is EXACTLY what you're doing to the OP. You've met your irony quota for the day.
very good point, even morons like the op have a right to their opinion.
but, tbh.. it's funny how the mod whose name deserves not be mentioned immediately thought to himself: IT'S A SCAM!!!!
here's something to some of you, i ain't goin' nowhere, and if you think that i will let the administration continue to profit off of users, and scam novice users, you have another thing coming... that's all i'm going.
most, if not all of LET's audience comes from impoverished areas where $2.50 USD makes a difference, and the sheer ignorance, the lack of empathy... it's just disgusting.
so... yeah... prepare for the competition, legal, professional competition, incorporated, following all laws.
but here's the kicker: it's focused on the users.
too many hosters started on hackforums.net, raidforums, etc, and migrated to LET... and know all the tricks in the books, on how to win PayPal disputes.
still, love all love love you.
hatred has no place in this world.
so you're what, starting another forum to fight for the rights of the impoverished 3rd world users that need a vps?
last week you were demanding we be silenced when we called out providers on their bullshit.
i'm getting whiplash but welcome back or whatever.
yeah, i am starting a legal forum, to help the impoverished, to the students, and to help them make money. but the legal way. not the hackforums, raidforums, breachforums, et cetera.
every hosting provider will be allowed one thread, and no bumping, if no one is interested -- no one is interested.
it will be more focused on learning more than anything else, and that's what LET should be, not this abomination that it has become.
help them become students, sponsor adobe licenses, etc, etc. how the community should be run, and monthly, if not weekly, giveaways of giftcards and such.
not even trolls have a reason to be trolls when the ambiance is completely different, no one has special treatment, and most important of all: we are all, or were webmasters at some point in our lives, or strive to be. some want to be developers, some designers, but its all interconnected.
point that i am trying to make is that LET cannot survive like this, it's just too corrupt.
and no, it's not the joke forum that i was making a few weeks ago, it's going to be a real company, etc.
Too corrupt? Lol. Wut?
Not too sure about corruption however survival....
As long as there are deals (wether corrupt or not), the site survives. To beat the site you need to beat the deals which just recreates the same problems again.
Low prices attract low end users who don't care what they do because it is lowend.
A lowend user (on here) can shout and rant about a $3 vps and can damage a providers reputation.
So really the problem is all down to money. For a forum you need an audience which needs to be vetted and controlled where necessary. If vetting done properly then control becomes less of an issue. But without a lively audience you end up doing a lot of work for little reward.
You need to attract your audience by deals but only allow purchasing through your new forum. If a vetted user abuses their status they are banned from the site and can't get any further deals. Users should not be allowed to have multiple accounts etc. However to achieve this they would need to prove their identity which for a large proportion (lowend abusers) would mean they would not wish to register.
So the result of all of my ramblings - If you want to create another forum then go ahead but expect it to consume all of your time for very little reward (although some of us are happy to help).
Brother, how about you focus on just giving support to the clients who paid for servers to you? I heard even processing a renewal is a pain in the ass. You got a good server product, focus on expanding that instead of having a tantrum against the staff here for not babying you.
lmao
don't worry... your freeloaders will support you with whatever you plan to do
It is truly unfortunate that you feel the need to resort to personal insults. Your decision to call me a "moron" says more about your character than it does about my intelligence. A truly stupid person is one who believes that everyone else is stupid.
You have already admitted your mistake, so I find your continued aggressive behavior illogical and foolish. While I am fully capable of responding to your insults, my principles do not allow me to sink to such a low level. I will not engage in a childish exchange.
I stand by my original statement: you seem to be going through a difficult time, but that is not an excuse to speak ill of others.
