Currently you can get a small VPS for a good price on euserv.
But this server you can only via customer panel.
Do this steps:
- Registern on Website euserv.com (click on register account in the right upper corner)
- Login in to customer panel (click on login customer panel in the right upper corner)
- Than you can see the server in the upper part of the customer panel
