you should not touch anything Path related out of fairness if you have a conflict of interest mate.
I don't even think you should be part of future internal discussions with the other mods on them.
I didn’t consider it a conflict, I gain and/or lose nothing based on my employers relationship with customers.
This obviously doesn’t fit others views so I won’t be touching anything in the future where there is any sort of chain.

Because LET isn't reality. Based on what I've read in this thread, this was supposed to be a hit piece by an ex-Path customer. The alt who made this article was linked to Jordy from Vibegames who has his own history of problems, both accounts were barred from LET without any input from Path as far as I'm aware. Jordy is constantly attacking Path, its customers, and Tempest. To be honest this will likely be the only comment I make as I will be traveling for multiple weeks of which this will already be handled.
Every prior suit brought against Path has been dismissed, without judgments against the company. None of this has any impact to existing customers or services, as this hardware has been out of rotation for a long time. Path was extorted, survived and is clearing up old debt.

Previous lawsuits involving Path were dismissed primarily due to private settlements. In those cases, it is likely that the opposing parties recognized there were no significant assets to recover, as Path does not appear to hold any.
In the current matter, however, the circumstances are more straightforward. Path entered into a lease agreement for hardware, took delivery, utilized the equipment, and subsequently ceased making payments. Unlike earlier disputes, where blame was shifted onto datacenters or transit providers, there is no credible third party to hold responsible here. The issue is simply a failure to honor a legitimate lease. Just how they stopped paying to datacenter providers, IX’s and transit providers.
Regarding their newer hardware, it is probable that Path has secured additional leases through different suppliers, continuing their established pattern of obtaining financing, exhausting relationships, and moving on to the next provider.
This strategy is unsustainable. It is only a matter of time before the entire structure collapses.

I went to the court's website and downloaded the latest document published a few days ago. This is public information.

The new document contains a formal application from Data Sales Co. Inc. against Path Networks, Inc. in the Superior Court of Arizona (Maricopa County). Data Sales is seeking a writ of replevin, which is a court order allowing them to recover leased property they claim is being wrongfully held by Path.
The filing includes a sworn statement from Robert Breckner (VP of Data Sales) confirming the payment default, refusal to return the assets, and listing the equipment in detail.
Also, Kyan started privately selling hardware around the time the court documents were released. This was very likely connected to the lease contract. The Samsung 980 Pro SSDs being sold appear to be the same ones listed in the lease agreements.
