  • Well, it has been more than 48 hours since I purchased it, and it has not been activated yet. I want a refund. I am not sure whether your subsequent service is stable enough to support my long-term use.

    Thanked by 1CatBro282
  • Please refund me. I don't want to use your product anymore because I'm worried that if your product breaks down, it will take a long time to resolve. Thank you.

I purchased the device on the 14th, but it wasn't activated until the 19th. They had previously said it would be activated that same day. I was planning to get a refund, but this was my first purchase and the experience was terrible. However, I ultimately decided to use it for a while. If the device isn't stable, I won't be using it again.

Another issue is their service is incredibly slow, or even completely unresponsive.

Honestly, if their product were stable and their service responsive, they might attract more customers.

But what frustrates me is that this is my first time purchasing from them. I've used many other VPS providers before, and their services have always been responsive, but Hostslick's response time is alarmingly slow. This makes many users feel unsure.

Is there any tutorial on how to mount a hard drive? I installed it and found that it was only a 2TB hard drive.

You can run df -h to see what drives are available and their capacity.

I did it myself. The first mount failed. Later I found that the MBR format could not be used for hard drives over 2TB.

You should prioritize resolving your network stability issues. If network problems occur, you should be able to detect and address them promptly.

  • 2 of my VPS with HostSlick are completely down and have been for a while.
@HostSlick you should really look into this. 2 out of the 3 VPS I have with you are unusable. My support ticket has been untouched for 5+ hours.
