  • When will you restock the offer-d? Most of the offers are from the NL datacenter. I saw only offer-d for the DE datacenter

It will be difficult to see a restock/another offering in Germany in the short term

Thanks. You should fix the offer-b content.. It says Frankfurt instead of Amsterdam. I bought this as soon as I saw Frankfurt, but after installing, I just realized it was Amsterdam when I saw the flag!

hello, This is just a graphical bug on the site that will be fixed soon (already done), here on LET it's clearly written that the offer is located in Amsterdam :)

    thanks for the report!

Sorry mate, for me interesting only D-3, but @DeluxHost support says they can't help me with upgrade D-1 to D-3, that's why I want to sell it, I already have few third servers at NL.

  • @DeluxHost hello!

I’ve recently noticed restrictions on WebSocket protocols on my VDS, and I suspect this might be related to firewall/network configurations on the server side. Additionally, I’m experiencing severe throttling on platforms like YouTube, making browsing nearly unusable at times.

Do you have any insights into what might be causing this? I’d appreciate any suggestions or fixes to resolve these connectivity and performance issues.

Thanks in advance for your help!

These values are a little strange, open a ticket.
I would expect 500 single-core points, but it could be due to a moment of node load. Rerun the test in a few hours or tomorrow.

I mean it's working but a little slower. I don't know how much effect on score has the swap (because of 1GB RAM). I'll try later again.

  • @DeluxHost , I need your urgent assistance with a persistent firewall/throttling issue.

    • 4 failed support attempts: I’ve contacted support four times about firewall configurations, but each response ignored my core question.
    • Critical problem: Severe throttling on HomeProxy affects all traffic (Instagram, Reddit, YouTube). Pages load extremely slowly or time out.
    • Duration: This has been ongoing for 2-3 weeks, making services unusable.

    My questions:
    1. Is the firewall actively blocking/throttling these connections?
    2. Can we temporarily disable the firewall to test if performance improves?
    3. If disabling isn’t an option, what specific rules cause this? I need exact details (e.g., GEO/ASN filters, rate limits).

This is a business-critical issue. Please escalate if needed.

Here are my ticket IDs regarding the ongoing throttling issues

Despite multiple reports about network instability and bandwidth throttling (affecting YouTube, Instagram, reddit, etc.), the issue persists. The temporary fix after migrating from Germany to Netherlands only worked briefly before throttling returned.

    I urgently need:
    1) Confirmation whether firewall rules are causing this
    2) A proper solution - this has been ongoing for weeks

Please resolve this properly instead of providing temporary fixes.

The worst part? This same throttling issue is happening on two different VDS servers - both running identical configurations.

I've repeatedly explained that I've experienced this exact problem before due to firewall settings, yet I haven't even received a response about it.

Do you have something other users could do to see if it affects more than just you? I haven't noticed any issues but maybe I'm just not doing enough to trigger what you're seeing.

An MTR or something like that

I also noticed that both tickets are answered by our team but we have not heard back from you.

Are you using their web based firewall or what? I'm using ufw from command line and don't have any similar problems so far. Have you test by ping or so is there packet loss?

We hope this doesn't happen again to other customers.

We hope you and your team are staying healthy.

We are not aware of any other cases like this out of over 4000 customers, I'm really sorry, I would really like to help you, but as I told you it's difficult if we don't get a hand, I think you can understand Sir.

I hope you've found something better, though, and I hope to see you again someday.
