I have got the refund after 8 months.
I’ve tried to stay out of your way, but my refund request was submitted and approved over 11 months ago. After that, my tickets were selectively deleted from your system (only those related to the refund). Four months ago you helped reopen one of them, thanks for that. But for over 4 months now I’ve been given nothing but excuses. When will I finally receive my refund? Ticket #353210.

OK the interface speeds on The VPS are Set Just The LAG on node vm Bridge doesnt work as excepted.. which means they are Stuck on 10Gbit for this night
i have idea though and will fix tomorrow as its bit late. This Might Need Physical check in the dc though to fix.
Also for Those Interested we soon have 10G AMD Epyc Special incoming with NVME Storage after all fixed

@HostSlick IPv6 has been down for over 24 hours now. You sent emails with offers, but not an update on why IPv6 is down or an ETA when it will be back.

Should start looking for some other provider. My VPS is down for last 3 weeks too. No resolution. Only canned responses and marketing email.
