I certainly was not passive with you in the tickets, I was trouble shooting, yes sometimes questions might seem silly but remember I do not have access to your VPS until you either give me them or I ask for them.
I also do not know how capable you are, you would be surprised with what I have to deal with, the amount of times someone might not know how to login to SSH or how to change a password, or simply doing their own PTR records, so I need to figure out what someone is asking because lack of information is the biggest problem half of the time.
From the host node I could ping everything to and from your VPS but it wasn't showing me a shut down status until you sent me what you did.
One of my techs is working on this currently but there is a issue with how the IPs are getting routed at the datacenter so it's taking longer than expected, it's not ideal and I understand that hence my forthcoming with compensation such as extra storage, the date adjusted once it is working for you.
We try to be as transparent as we possibly can, I do not like disappointing a client and I will always do what I can physically possible to make things right!
