    Very disappointed. Support team too dumb.
    Someone else is using IP address meant to be assigned to my VM. I powered off my VM and SSH service still up from that IP address.
    The support team rebuild the VM and reset password. And they still think its a password issue, regardless of what Ive written in ticket.

    I did it yesterday. Ping 1.1.1.1 and ping 8.8.8.8 both unreachable.

    cloud-init seems fine. It passes ssk-key which I entered during reinstallation to the VM.

    sshd config allows root and password login.

    I don't know if it's ok to post network configuration comes with system template here

    I am getting the same problem, and they haven't fixed it yet. in the same way, they just reinstalled the system.
    It has been two days since I opened the ticket. #UFW-568430

    Calling staff names is not acceptable and could result in service suspension, especially as we’ve already responded to your ticket.

    There is indeed an issue affecting the storage node. We are aware of it and have someone on site working to resolve it. I’m not physically in NL, so I can’t oversee the job directly and am awaiting updates myself, as I mentioned in your ticket. You were also offered compensation and extra days added to your service, just as we’ve done for the other clients on this node.

    Please remember we are here to help and this particular issue is isolated to 1 node in our cluster.

    Please do reach out to us in your ticket and we will keep you updated.

    Our IPv6 is working, can you please open a ticket.

    We have a quite strict method to adding IPv6 due to the size of the block, please open a ticket so we can take a look and walk you through how to add them correctly :)
