They don’t post staff personal address and phone numbers online though. I’m happy with my decision with what I believe is ethical and follows LETs rules.
Before actioning this a discussion was started with the other mods. If there are a difference of opinions we’ll work through that like we normally do but I can’t in good concise leave links up that are actively causing people to be harassed.

Again, document is fine. It’s the distribution of personal details within that are the issue. A redacted version would be fine and the same reason the screenshots weren’t removed.
I’d do the same if someone posted your home address and phone number here.
It's not at all the same thing. It's up to courts what information shall be subtracted to the public, not you.
And tbf if you work for a company that allegedly don't like to pay bills of a million dollars, maybe resign if you can't stand your name being in a court document. It's not that hard.
Can somebody just post a full list of hardware and quantity?
The court has already made these documents publicly available. I don’t see why the LET moderator should have to decide on that a second time. I request that you add the original links back.
Can you please show me where this happened? Only place where I see addresses or phone numbers is on page 22. Both of those addresses are office addresses.
The phone # Path lists is on their website, and same does Tech Finance Co. with theirs.

Back in my day, there used to be this big book called a "phone book" filled with people's names, addresses, and their phone numbers. It was the wild west out there I tell you! This was pre-snowflake era.

Court documents are public in almost every country in the world for a reason. We can't have transparency and justice without public court documents, LET is included in this statement.
I kinda understand your worries but I think they are overblown, no one is going to harras anyone involved just because they found it in a court document online. If they wanted to they would have got their information from a quick google search way earlier.
Everyone I googled from the documents is public and on linkedin. All the phone numbers I googled were also public. All emails too.
Also the comparison to me is kind of ridiculous because we're not talking about connecting some "anonymous" identify to a real person, we're talking about public court docs.

As these documents can be publicly downloaded, I respectfully request that you restore the links to them in my original post.
I will admit that all of my knowledge and standing is based in AU where in civil cases you can access unrestricted documents as an unrelated party however it is a lengthy process including rules like not being able to distribute and providing a valid reason for requesting them.
Unfortunately we have already received a report of harassment after this was posted, which prompted the removal of the links.
I’ll discuss with other mods in the background and update the community after.

Perhaps but at no point did they request the thread removed, just the personal information in the document, not even the document itself.
From my view there is no malicious intent so actioning a reasonable request to remove PII from what I determined to be not public info (at the time) was the appropriate course of action. Just like I’d do for any similar request, especially when harassment is involved.
New information is being provided in this thread that may challenge some of the decision making process I made. I’m not worried about changing my view on things with new facts but I just want to make sure the next steps are the right ones, please give me some time to discuss with other mods.
Im happy to blur out 200 pages of PDFs. Give me half an hour.
How about they pay their alleged unpaid bills and the court document wouldn't exist? Just a thought could be wrong

Nah, the original document is public, we should not have to censor this.
Public record is public. Privately owned community is Private. If LET has stricter privacy protection than the government I don't think it's a bad thing. As long as there's no alterior motive.
