Looking for VPS host with good network for gaming (Example use inside)

I'm planning to host like 1-3 TF2 servers and possibly a starbound on a vps, but I'm wary of half of the hosts I look at because they seem too good to be true for what they offer (oversold most likely, etc). Any advice on good providers for this sort of thing that could fit what I've stated in a budget of ~$30/month?
Edit: Prefered location is in the middle of the US with good ping to both coasts

NE USA preferably, although Dallas also works.
