    Barely. The gene of my family is not that hairy. For example I can't even have a nice beard. This is not to say I have such fancies, nor I envy others. I accept myself with the DNA which was given and move on, while I do understand others who like hairy feet.

    But seriously, I know I definitely have a 10TB. Maybe one of them was an 8TB, but from memory I thought the other storage VPS I had were 7TB, 5TB, 2TB and 1TB. That's not intervention worthy - they're all used for redundant backups.

    I'll ask the million dollar question.

    Out of all those TBs, how much is actually being used?

    It's easier to ask for free space. The smaller ones are between 0-100GB free depending on time of the month. I run borgbackup in append only mode and once a month a cron job compacts them (delete the stuff marked as pruned).

    The 7TB has about 300GB free iirc, I manually prune this every couple of months.

    The 10TB has about 1.5TB free. I haven't needed to prune this one.

    The active set of data across all the machines being backed up is about 6TB. Everything goes to the largest, the smaller ones have a subset, but every machine is backed up to at least 3 places.
