You can always check “X LEK to USD” or “X LEK to EUR” online. At the time of posting, 83 L ≈ 1 USD and 97 L ≈ 1 EUR. Actual conversion will be handled by PayPal or card processor at the time of payment. The EUR/USD amounts listed above are approximate.

We will cooperate with resellers to address client-related issues whenever possible. Notices regarding domains under your account or your clients’ accounts will be forwarded to you.

Side note: London IPs are whitelisted in Iran - even during large Iran internet blackouts, they work as they previously were used by an Iranian ISP ;)

France and Netherlands are highly oversold locations. London was taken simply for it's capacity, speed, reliability, affordability, and is our main filtering point for DDoS scrubbing. We are trying to aim for more niche markets that are more underserved.

If we were to offer in Netherlands or France, we would be competing with 100s of other hosts for a small pool of possible clients. With our strategy to remain and expand into more niche markets (with exception of London for filtering point, shared hosting, and Ireland-Geo) - it leaves a lot less competition and allows us to serve under-served areas.

Our eventual goal is to expand more in Albania - but we also plan to expand across the Balkans in general. Possibly to areas such as Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia, and Montenegro.

DDoS Protected BGP tunnels in London now available up to 10Gb/s. Tunnel can be by Wireguard (for 1Gb/s), VxLAN or GRE (1Gb/s with Wireguard can be used behind nat/cgnat). Comes with public IP addresses with rDNS and DDoS protection. BGP included with tunnels at no extra cost.

Can be used stand-alone to have a DDoS protected IP on another server somewhere, as an option to get public IPs to your home behind NAT/CGNAT, or for the BGP service to protect your servers from DDoS.

    Starting at ~15EUR/mo for 1Gb/s with 1 IPv4 + 1 IPv6 address, rDNS, and BGP if needed.

Austria and Switzerland would maybe be interesting for expanding. Next to Germany which is oversold. Austria so have great peering with the Balkan and Switzerland is not in the EU

For Balkans, best in the EU is indeed Austria for some reason. 12-15ms rtt to Albania.

Let's just say we may be an American company - but the law of the land takes precedence. ;) We also don't mind our customers businesses. We do what we are required to do - forward it and that's where our involvement ends. And only if they actually even give us enough information and we have the information to send it to. 9 times out of 10, that means opening a ticket on your account and marking it as waiting customer reply and if you read it or not that's on you.

We allow Tor and I2P relays. Exists are not allowed for Tor. For I2P, if is permitted for personal use.

We are huge supporters of privacy - everyone needs these services to avoid undue censorship and filtering. We actually offer our website and even Proxmox panels over both Tor and I2P for this very reason.

The only reason Tor exists are not allowed isn't due to their inherit "badness" but the fact that it will result in blocklist of the IPs in many places - especially by admins who doesn't know how to simply redirect Tor users in other manners than blanket IP bans. For example redirecting them to a .onion version.
