Yes have contacted them but support seems too slow
Don't use Termius anymore but when I had to speak to their support it took days. They clearly haven't got any better then.
I mean whole point of encryption is not being able to recover it without a password.
Why would you even message support for that? :-D
Maybe they can message the NSA or CIA to see if they have any backdoors.
