Yes, I am logged-in already, I can see my own avatar (account image) on the top right corner. I suspect the website is misbehaving. When I receive an HTTP 500, the browser console reports several 503 errors. It seems you have configured Cloudflare as a reverse proxy, and Cloudflare is blocking my requests. I think it is something caused by JavaScript, I briefly see 500 but login page rendered a few moments later

In the course of 6 months I ever only spoke with this one "Ruby" penname thru customer support. He never cared much for me to be frank. His median response length is 2 chinese characters.

It did not work for me until I actually logged in, after that it works fine.
It working fine for me on my main and legacy device (browsers). But they updated, changed their control panel recently. It's new for me too. Maybe this is the problems background.
I have a good experience with them overall. Good uptime, no hard issues.. But should pay monthly, +create backups
If I not wrong, their product mostly is for local customers (personal VPN usage, etc..).
+: good uptime, usually reliable services, rare locations for cheap..
-: sometimes random IP address changing, no rDNS, service notifications only on Telegram channel (Chinese language only).
Cloudflare seems the culprit again and the guy behind Akile didn't put much effort on solving this. Good it if works for anyone else thou.
The IP address should rotate only on those servers marked as dynamic IP, AFAIK.

A chinese (or whatever) company that isn't willing (or capable) to at least also communicate in English is a company that I simply don't buy from. Btw, the same and more often with Electronics, plenty of chip and other component manufacturers with datasheets in Chinese only, so I simply blacklist them.
I just wanna say as a Chinese I don't buy vps from them.

another tips: check the language options in that website, if only English and Chinese existed, it roughly run by Chinese.
I’m not here to say all Chinese vps providers are bad. in fact there are some good ones such as cnfaster.com, ceranetworks.com, etc.
