Virtualizor Storage ID Force - WHMCS

Hi guys,

I need some help and wondering if this is possible with Virtualizor and WHMCS.

  1. I want to force specific storage for a product. Virtualizor gives the option for using stid but even with that it does not work, It still goes to the primary storage.?

How do i set configurable option exactly?

Hi, to force a specific storage in Virtualizor for a product in WHMCS, the stid (Storage ID) must be explicitly passed to the product. First, go to Storage > List Storage in Virtualizor and find the desired Storage ID. You can see it either in the table or in the URL. In WHMCS, you can set this ID in two ways: either via a Configurable Option or via a Custom Field. For the Configurable Option method, create a new option group, add an entry named stid (all lowercase), and set the value to the Storage ID you found. Then link this option group to the product. Alternatively as shown in your screenshot. you can use a Custom Field: Field Name stid, Type Text Box, enable “Admin Only” and “Required Field,” and enter the Storage ID as the value. This ensures that when the VPS is created, Virtualizor uses the specified storage instead of defaulting to the primary storage.
