    Impossible, that like 1.25$/month so the max you can get is
    1/2 core
    2/4gb ram
    small bw

    Closest you'll find is probably this, which is a pre-sale and won't be delivered for another ~10 days. It doesn't meet your vCore count, but even on Black Friday you'd have to be fast/lucky to get a 4c4g for < $15/year so buying from a pre-sale is as good as it gets right now

    and yeah so I said good for service transfers and accept reasonable premium
    anyway, not impossible, even if you can just find one in 10,000, right?

    It's not impossible, but you'd need to be constantly monitoring provider threads, (ready to purchase whatever extremely limited flash deal they drop), but there's no way it'll fall into your lap buy posting a thread about it or every one would do it.

    The question for me is whether it's worth the time and effort it'd take to find an extra special offer in the hope of saving ~$15/year, and I suppose the answer to that is subjective.

    Personally, I'm on top of the Offers threads and I get plenty of good deals, but religiously reading all the comments so I'm there when a Provider drops a limited quantity Flash Deal is too involved for me.
