Of course i did a screenshot previously provided and ping from host.al:
https://globalping.io?measurement=Vl1GrX36tsUkojmC
50-60ms latency from Albania, keep lying kiddo!
All others isps there are fake manipulators just like you. Oh and @gbzret4d you have a vps with host.al right i saw from previous reply in this thread. Do this kid a favour and ping the IP: 23.133.204.3 from host.al vps. Please upload screenshot not modified shits like he does all the time.
That was the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Host.al is using a cross connect to Italy to get to cogent and that means it'll go host.al -> cogent in Italy -> some cables from there to Serbia somehow -> back to us in Albania.
Big circle.
You really don't understand peering or networks do you? We aren't peered with host.al directly (yet). But not a bad idea to work out some peering with them. I'll text him tomorrow and ask about that.
That isn't the test of if we are in Albania or not. It isn't even a test of who has good pings. Ping 1.1.1.1 from them, ping Google from them, etc. latency is high because of their routes. That's why we chose the route we did with Serbia - it's the lowest latency and keeps it as local as possible.
Try to ping real local ISPs here from both of us on it.. Vodafone Albania, Teleco, Madcom, One Albania, etc.
The biggest idiot here and a scammer are you manipulating with community aeza style and then attack anyone even when proofs are provided! Yeah go with host.al take a server there and then we can believe you and not now dumbass!
You've literally provided no proof, got proven wrong with verifiable stuff like a looking glass on our network going out over Vodafone locally, and keep going.
You're wrong. That simple. And I don't know what it will take to get that through your thick skull?
Nobody here is this dumb - so you're either trolling or shilling - I can't tell which.
Literally all your points are proven false. We are in Albania - we use a land route locally that goes to Serbia because it's lowest latency - and it's that simple... Proof given. You keep saying you're gonna give proof. But you haven't given anything.
I gave you the proof. So do this.. prove me wrong. Show me that we aren't in Albania. Do it ... Because you can't prove what's not true.
Your Vodafone locally is 32-35ms latency your "Albania" location to vodafone Albania has 35ms latency is that locally?
I don't need a server from host.al - he has a router in RASH in a rack near ours. We just have to ask him and pay the XC fee of 25 a month at RASH... Plug in and peer. Shit, maybe he'll take lower latency under us. We will see.
What are you talking about? My Vodafone doesn't have 35 ms to itself ? Wtf you saying? That sentence made no sense. Reword it to make sense?
Hereby dumbass: https://imgur.com/a/XvVhWFC its taken from your vps "Albania"
Wow. You officially proved we have 20ms latency to other ISPs in Albania. Congratulations. You've proven yourself wrong already. And you see that first hop? How far is that??? Hmmm oh yeah - same as cogent to that IP in Serbia isn't it? Oh yeah. Matching for you?
Try that on the 23.133.204.253 looking glass over Vodafone. See if it's local or not. You tell me ..
Haha keep your Serbian location or whoever it is in your shithole. You have Vodavone and vodafone locally and 35ms latency on traceroute!
Try that on the 23.133.204.253 looking glass over Vodafone. See if it's local or not. You tell me ..> @iceman said:
You are really slow you know that?
Outbound goes first to Serbian Border POP. Then back into where it needs to go...
Yes. That is true - we do OUT FROM ALBANIA TO SERBIA AND OUT does that make sense for your hard head? Get that? We do OUT OF ALBANIA -> INTO SERBIA AT BORDER -> BACK INTO ALBANIA
Because it's lower latency. Because Albania has very bad peering. No ISPs are peering together.
Ping Vodafone from Teleco, 40ms. Ping one from Vodafone, 35ms. You'll see a pattern. Ping any of them from us? 20 ms +/-. We optimise for latency. Not catering to small heads that can't understand that.
If that is the case (which is not true of course) how is that Albania then, isnt it shame shit as having geolocation like your colleagues here do? What's the point having an "albanian" location where the latency between ISPs here is 50-60ms?!
You said keminet do geoalbania, whats the difference then?
We don't get that 50ms . But it is true. Because of their lack of peering they go to tier1 and then to eachother. Each one separately has bad latency to eachother.
An example here. host.al -> Vodafone= host.al->XC to Italy->Cogent->other t1->Vodafone
Or check say Teleco to Vodafone=Teleco -> ATU -> Slovenia -> 1299 -> Vodafone global -> Vodafone Albania.
But we have low latency to all of them. Why? Because we have low latency to the Serbian pop that has ALL TIER 1s present. So regardless which one they use, we get to them fast.
That is smart network engineering. Eventually, maybe Albania will fix ANIX - or maybe we'll start a new DC and get them to come peer in it and make a new IXP - but until that day comes, the situation in Albania with peering is very bad.
All of the ISPs you mentioned have ping between 10-20max i said max but 10ms between them. I posted multiple times the ping from one.al 50-60ms from globeping host.al 50-60 ms and only to your "albania" location not between them! That said, same shit like everyone except host.al all geoalbania shits!
Use the looking glass at http://23.133.204.253 --- check yourself the IPs. For example 77.247.88.1 = tele.co, you can check more on bgp.tools
That is vodafone albania btw on Looking Glass.. so you can see for yourself.
I dont have to, i checked from your vps https://imgur.com/a/XvVhWFC
No need to double check! So 30+ms latency, check from any German vps server you will get the same ms latency. "Albania"!
So another words, you are judging by our traces outbound over our Upstream and not a local ISP link... smart.. really smart.
try this IP: 91.239.6.1 FROM THE LOOKING GLASS = FROM VODAFONE ALBANIA
That's host.al -- latency all over the place. Some from 43 up to 48 to 155 and the trace goes to cogent and over to sofia and from there bounces all over to get back to Albania. That's from Vodafone - to host.al.
Let's try another. Hmm. Oh One.al... let's see an IP: 31.22.52.159 guess what? almost 50ms from vodafone.. locally.
So yeah - there isn't good peering here - that simple.
So the IP from vodafone that is used in your vps in "albania" is also from vodafone but that is bad and the IP you provided is good? Host.al to vodafone IP has not even 1 ms latency:
https://globalping.io/?measurement=Jd3Bel26LVZrqjUR
Host.al to one.al 20ms latency:
https://globalping.io?measurement=1gfkqo0KC2TuHMDD
How long are you going to lie?
Nevermind im going now but, until you have truly Albania location in each thread you open and mention your location i will be there to mention that is not Albania but geoshit.
That isn't to Vodafone - it's to Abcom which they inherited the ANIX port when they bought it and they are just finishing contracts and closing it down to merge into their normal brand. Check bgp.tools for Vodafone Albania. You'll see the active one. It is NOT in ANIX and it's upstreams are itself (Vodafone global) which is peered in Serbia and Bulgaria. Their other upstream includes Montenegro Telecom. So they aren't in Albania now? Vodafone isn't in Albania because their upstream is in Montenegro? Nice try bro ...
First, i dont like your attitude at all.
Heres the traceroute:

The entire internet infrastructure in Albania is not very well developed, which has nothing to do with AVSISP.
There is no evidence to me that avsisp does not host in Albania.
host.al has XC to Italy for Cogent aka what's called the "sea route". We have the "land route" over Serbia. That means as you see in that trace, it goes from them to Italy, then crosses a bunch of countries ON LAND. Then back to Albania and to us.
But that won't be so tomorrow. Tomorrow we'll be peered and that will be fixed :-)
