    This statement is somewhat misleading, suggesting one gets both IPv4 and IPv6 for price of €1/Month. But the "€1/Month" is for IPv6 only. IPv4 is an additional 1€.

    With that hindsight, one realizes the fuzziness of the phrasing "available IP configuration: IPv4, IPv6", and what it actually means: That those are generally available, but not strictly stating 1€ includes both.

    I think for the sake of transparency, I would have preferred for that to be more explicit, e.g., by phrasing such as "starting from €1/Month".

    Though it looks as if that by itself is not enough to create a VPS for test purposes, even though it should be enough for 10 hours of the cheapest VPS at 2€/month.

    What am I missing?

    Yes, it's for testing purposes. One hour is enough to check a server.

    Sure, but to test the VPS for however long, I would need to be able to successfully order it first. But that doesn't work:
