YAVPSR (Yet Another VPS Request)

Need to consolidate again(too many VPSes once again) and whilst I am tempted to bite the bullet with OVH and their new cheap line up... I do not want to put all of my eggs in my basket. I also want to kill my unreliable OCI free tier that's stuck in Osaka.
I want either:
4 cores (min)
8GB RAM (min)
Location needs to be either Tokyo (Equinix TY8 with GSL) OR Seattle (preferably you're in Digital Realty) or Canada (Vancouver and Toronto are fine, if Quebec please don't be in BHS)
Disk can be whatever size.
4TB minimum bandwidth.
OR
If you can really spice things up:
2 cores
4GB RAM
Auckland or Sydney (prefer Auckland)
2TB bandwidth
Custom ISO is a must across all.
$23 NZD a month is the budget or 15 USD (rounding up to 5).

How is Los Angeles for you? I remember seeing a good VPS offer there in a post on here this week.
PoP is in Seattle so it's another 15MS to Los Angeles.

That's... Actually partially why I cancelled my 4GB ram VPS with you ages ago.
It's unlikely you'll find a 8GB RAM VPS with GSL in Tokyo honestly. I sell VPS on GSL there and it's rather expensive. very limited hardware options, takes weeks/months to get new systems. You'll have the best luck finding someone who colocates in Tokyo/Osaka and has transit from GSL, but again, almost impossible for something reliable (I don't know of any that are anywhere near your requirements), probably still not anywhere near your budget and configuration requirements.
Tokyo with GSL is not a hard requirement, there are other locations. @hosthatch does it at their regular pricing.
But I don't want to put everything into one basket.
