I have seen a lot of posts from @HostDZire; however, there's no option to buy monthly with their current LET offer.
OwnWebServers is offering a 50% discount on VPS Hosting plans when using the code VPS50. If you need a reliable and affordable hosting solution, this is a great opportunity. Get high-speed servers, enhanced security, and seamless performance at half the price. Don't miss out on this deal.

Yearly is very cheap.
u can also checkout the above too
@HostDZire , is it easy to change/swap server IP if I wanted to in the yearly plan?
The thing is IP could be blocked by censorship firewall in my country for various reasons and requiring swaping IP.
No its not possible to change IP.
Check rules in order page.
Obviously my first thought was @HostDZire /Leaseweb too. But as you seem to mainly need traffic volume Contabo might be an option. I know many don't like them, but hear me out:
I got one of their Singapore VPS years ago (back than ca. €5/mo, today prob. €6 or so) and one major reason to keep it was that it came with 32 TB/mo traffic volume, albeit at 200 Mb/s.
I occasionally benchmark my 3 Contabo VPSs and found the DE one was significantly upgraded and now actually is a really decent VPS. The SGP seems to not yet have been upgraded but you don't care about processor performance anyway it seems and didn't even mention disk size or performance. Just FYI, the (older) Epyc (4 vCores btw + 8GB mem.) performance is in between a typical E5v4 and Xeon Scalable, and the disk, prob. still an SSD (200 GB), performs OK-ish but certainly not great.
Connectivity is surprisingly good though. Here are a few benchmark results (mainly Asia / Oceania targets):
OK, not HostDzire / Leaseweb level good but quite good - and you get more traffic volume than I've seen with any other provider's (standard) VPS, and well within your budget.
Re. swapping IPs I guess they might do it once or twice but almost certainly not frequently (no provider will I think).
No. 2TB is not enough for Singapore.
