    I already have D-2, which is great, just has moments when it's not reachable, like 3 days ago it was unreachable for several hours, and then again for an hour... and today for 15 minutes.. I hope these will be better availability.

    According to the purchase, my VPS disappeared out of nowhere.

    purchased the VPS STANDARD - OFF-1 plan with an annual billing cycle, and the registration date was November 4th, 2024. However, I noticed that I was only billed for 6 months, and the next due date is May 1st, 2025, which does not correspond to a full year.

    Hello, unfortunately as mentioned LET is not a support forum, we have no tools, we have nothing with which i can actually understand from a photo what happened

    If you open a ticket on our website we can surely understand the problem, from what I see you had a BF plan, which they moved to Amsterdam, so this could probably be the problem, So I suggest you ask our support :)

  • I know your servers aren't deployed buy do you have any rough estimate of the GB6 score for the B‑4 & C‑4 plans? What's the ratio of servers per cpu core, as in how many servers will share 1 core of CPU approximately?

    Not to mention, I was considering buying the M‑4 plan but it's out of stock 😭

    We're talking about months and months ago, is it possible that you only noticed it now?

    Unfortunately we had warned in advance that if there was no data move, everything would be lost, more and more warnings were sent about this.

    Nothing to do with our current offers, everything had already been specified via email as stated.

    I understand that the issue might be related to the migration from Frankfurt to Amsterdam for the Black Friday plan, and that warnings were sent. However, I only became aware of the service suspension and data loss recently when I tried to access my VPS and found it terminated.

    Unfortunately, I did not receive clear or timely notifications about the necessity to move my data or the consequences of not doing so. Because of the suspension, I lost important data and backups that were critical for my website.
