    I found "3 Server Locations for Shared Hosting & 2 Data Centers for VPS" on your website but all your vps plans say "United States".

    You might not realize but the USA is pretty large and even a clue as to which coast you're offering would be useful.

    No IPv6. Only IPv4.

    VPS says its deployed but Cant ssh or ping the server, Ticket 405243 has been opened 4 hours ago and no response.

    • basically worthless spec., e.g. Disk Space: [x] GB - on spinning rust? SSD? NVMe? RAID'ed (level?)?

    • location: USA - why not "this planet"? Only after a while someone manages to pull "Los Angeles" out of this teeth

    I doubt those guys know how to attract customers, they're really good at pissing us off (or on us?) though.

    Apologies for the delay. Your VPS is hosted on our EPYC node. Your VPS experienced high CPU usage, so we have increased its vCPUs to prevent this in the future.

    Our $18/year VPS node is new, online, and working fine. There is no issue with it.

    For compensation we have added 1 extra vCPU and 2GB RAM.

    Vps has been down for more then 24 hours and no reply on support tickets.
