Debian 13 has not yet been released, but will probably be released on August 9

It’s currently in the full freeze period. We’ll update a new template once the final release is available.

What about AlmaLinux 10 (similar to Rocky as a CentOS successor but with better community governance), which GA'ed 2 months ago?
CentOS Stream 10 was added at the end of last year, and AlmaLinux was added in June.

Nice to see the providers updating the images. On the other side there are still some that offer Debian 11 as their latest which is a shame.
