I'm inquiring on a Storage Server where our needs are as follows.
At least 32gb DDR4 RAM
At least 16 Cores, 32 Threads
OS Drives: 2 x 240GB SSD in Software RAID 1(by Ubuntu on setup)
At least 10 x 18TB Drives. i.e. 180TB raw or 90TB after is zpool it (more is better)
100TB Bandwidth
10G Port
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
1 IPv4 Address
Budget: $150 USD/month

Like impossible for this budget.
You need to increase your budget or get less raw storage.

It is LET after all, and I am currently paying under $170 for a 168TB raw storage server with 10G porta and 100TB BW. So it is possible. I just need another in another datacentre as a backup.
Just because you might have something elsewhere for the price doesn't mean it's profitable for a provider.
They might have had the parts kicking around bleeding money or another client cancel so they did a lower price point.
Honestly for that budget you might as well buy the hardware and do colocation to get that lower monthly price.
Actually there is a provider who can offer that. It's called get_your_pillow_and_start_dreaming. Jokes aside, you'll definitely need to increase your budget for these specs.
