Is this $50 monthly or yearly? I do not see any 12gb ram server on their website. Please elaborate more

I wanted to move a website to Mumbai location, but after purchasing I realized that they do not have IPv6 for Mumbai. So, got Singapore VPS and this VPS is sitting idle.
