JustVM Paypal auto charge me 20$ although they're closed

Last year I bought a server from @justvm for 20$, but they have closed, so I cancel the server and mail them to refund the rest. However, my paypal account (Which I made transaction with them) is blocked in this time.
But, today JustVM charge me for 20$ although I already cancel the server and my account is blocked. How can I get refund ?

You have nothing to lose if you do chargeback/dispute with PayPal themselves
Cancel your PayPal subscription. They didn't charge you, PayPal did.
They can cancel subscriptions as well, but so can you.
Have you tried reaching out to @justvm?
Maybe he can be a good chap and just issue you a refund.

But my PayPal account is blocked now, and when I goes to the PayPal account, it also doesn't show up the transaction (maybe because when I paid, I paid as guest). I just message @justvm and mail to [email protected], hope he will see and refund me
