We need only clean IPs, no mixed ones, because our company does not accept IPs with fraud scores. Only IPs with 0 fraud score are acceptable

You dont need "clean IP" for this. A web/cli portal is internal.

Not sure if it could work for you but we just released our USA, Utah location and our IPs are super-clean!
Original price is 3,6€/m but if you use this 5€ bonus on deposit you effectively pay just €2.4/month for the first 4 months!
