Affordable SG Reseller or VPS Plan

The purpose is to start a small web freelancing gig.
There won't be many clients at first but it better be SG as it's low ping to my country.
I'm not sure which way to go - managed VPS or reseller at first, so I believe either way is fine since I'm starting small and as long as that plan has the following features. High price-to-performance, but inexpensive (not too cheap) ones are preferred with the ability to upgrade plans later on.

I'm looking for the following features in detail:
1. Basic security features like antiDDoS, malware scanner, site isolation, auto renewing SSLs and firewalls etc.
2. Ability to send emails with SMTP/IMAP/POP capabilities without ending in spam (Like with Mailchannels). Bulk emailing is not required.
3. Since I'm a beginner I'd like a user friendly, adequate dashboard to see and manage stuff like resource usage, cpu, ram and visits on PER SITE basis (Most control panels have this afaik).
4. Extremely good reliability/performance with Litespeed and with good LIVE CHAT support as I don't want my client websites to go down.
5. Dedicated ipv4 (and ipv6) are nice to have, not required at the moment.
6. Powerful CPU and other resources such as bandwidth, network speed, I/O, IOPS, inodes, EP, NPROC, DB size etc for each sub account to be in a very good level without much limitation.
I'm not looking for reseller plans that provide just 1 core and 2GB RAM per each account as some client websites might not be ok with that performance. Pooled resources are preferred instead.
7. Ability to set up remote backups to an independent remote server is nice to have.
8. Whitelabeling capabilities for control panel and webmail with my logo.
9. Self-hosting Invoice Ninja via Softaculous 1-click installer is required.
10. Temporary staging domains to show clients their websites before pointing to their actual domain is nice to have.

Thanks!

    Can consider Namecrane: https://namecrane.com/store/budget-reseller-hosting

VPS will be a bit more challenging because you have to setup all the softwares and panels manually.

Don't their reseller accounts have fixed resources per sub account? Like 1core 2GB per each sub account?
Or are you referring to their Crates which seem to have combined/pooled resources?

Ah yes sorry for the confusion, their Crates provide better flexibility.

I think @onidel would be a good choice, as they provide very strong and reliable technical support for their VPS plans.

I guess they can manage it by support ticket :) and it's also possible for them to open port 25

  • Still looking for an affordable SG reseller plan with pooled resources (or even dedicated resources per panel is fine)...

The best bet for you here is either setup your own things with directadmin, mail channels, cloudlinux, etc or go with namecrane crates. With both cases you can't get it for cheap, ain't no way.

One more option you can try, get a beefy vps with lsw or resellers vps-3 plan currently going for ~$12-$13 setup enhance, get small shared from namecrane for blesta, setup the store and start onboarding clients. Afaik enhance is the only cheap option for you that is easy to handle and comes with resource override per account. For the mail part you have to contact lsw and ask if they allow allows, port 25 is usually blocked on all lsw VMs. Alternatively you can use mailbaby with enhance mail relay to handle your outgoing mails. That's the cheapest with enough resources you can get.

  • Not looking for VPS since it's too technical.
Crates looks interesting though since it's a reseller plan.
