    @HostSlick - It looks like the billing cycle issue still hasn’t been fixed.

    The “EPYC SUMMER DEAL 2025 I - ANNUALLY” is still showing as “Semi-Annually” on the order page instead of “Annually”.

    Kindly look into this.

    How can this guy still sell anything on LET ? Iam also a customer that waits over 2 weeks now for a response ticket since the VM is nearly 1 month down, the only response is a : we check that out...maximilian is here each day and try to sell his old servers and make business but doesnt fix his current servers.
    I think some mods/admins should check this out since many customers getting banged from him now.

    1. no it isnt safe since 0 support and only blabla
    2. if you need a refund some day contact paypal self since he would never refund anything without an pressed contact from paypal
    3. he writes dmca ignored..but he means hostslick support ignored

    I canceled my order, and I'll wait for the one I have to expire to cancel, as Hostslick's support and quality have been lacking for a long time.

    Now I can login to the website and see the products normally again; I thought you didn't accept orders from China, so I was going to refund. But I found that I could log in normally again and display the products and services.

    I want to know how long it usually takes to open?
