Will you look into my case on the ports I have been begging your team to open for me successfully? For over 7months now my 1 year 2gig ram VPS I purchased from khanwebhost had been completely useless to me. The only thing it can be used for is just VPN set up and your team keep deceiving me of port 25 opened conditionally for me on your firewall. I have other VPS I set up thesame way I set up your VPS but only your VPS is the black sheep where port 25 you said you have opened for me never ever worked for once over 7 months

as per the ticket logs you said serve is offline but it was up as staff replied however your VPS seems to be offline.. i just rebuild your VPS because it was not installed properly when you reintall the OS
