    Not really, they are running them with 4 sticks that's why memory speed is only 3600mhz. I would argue that's to slow for 9950X.

    It's "On-Die ECC", not the ram is on-die. On-Die ECC means additional ECC storage and error correction circuitry are embedded in DRAM chips.
