but very very limited outgoing
Yes, you are right. I plan not to use it next year.
I like how easy it is to quickly switch between accounts in MXRoute. It uses DitectAdmin and RoundCube, can quickly SSO in to different inboxes. I don't think that is yet an option for Cranemail, I still have to log out and log in manually each time.
Cranemail has a prettier UI, though. But I still prefer DorectAdmin + RoundCube
Both products are solid and if you're not lazy like me you'll set up accounts in your desktop or mobile mail client and not ever have to see the UI after setup.
Thank you.

Both. Use both.
i like mxroute because @jar . directadmin is easy to manage. never had issues.
I use both of them and I have to say that they both work extremely well.
Considering the price they run at I would say why not get both?
Actually, upon closer review it appears CraneMail also has easy SSO. So quickly switching between different accounts is just as fast too from their web UI.
Very useful if you need to access multiple mailboxes from the same account. (Ex: sales@, support@, abuse@, etc)
I hope to save on the budget, because the blog won't bring me any income.
Have not used mxroute, but use cranemail because it supports crypto; also cheap.
Take a look at Roundcube profiles in NameCrane, that is supposed to work as you want.
same, if i ever need to move away from mxroute i'll try cranethinger but i can't recall ever having a single issue with mxroute so shrug.
I've used MXRoute for 5years I think until recently, when I set-up my own mailserver.
Great service, barely any downtime, only issue I had was the rather aggressive spam blocking at times. No clue how cranemail handles this.
If I need to go back I'd take MXRoute again (I have lifetimes on both).
Yes, i believe their product is good, i saw many good reviews on their product
but their management, just amateur i think, why hurt innocent people? is that really hard to find out who is doing bad things?
Will you be sending more than 1000 emails a month? If not then why not utilize SMTP2Go free tier, has worked fine for me, although I don't make much use of it.
Not innocent people.
If you abuse your network at home, it doesn't matter who hooked up to your WiFi and that it wasn't you, if it happens non-stop, they'll remove it. You have a responsibility as a reseller to get rid of bad clients effectively. If you get caught with a bad client, your responsibility is to talk to your supplier, say what you have improved upon, and take it from there. It's obvious.
I have tried both and I like CraneMail better - that is what I am using now.
spacemail
I’ve tried SpaceMail, and it feels similar to TitanMail. I noticed that MXroute and CraneMail have a good reputation on LET, so I’m considering choosing one of them.
i have both,
but only use namecrane right now (personal emails) not because the other is bad but just for simplicity managing one service in a time.
my mxroute was from their reseller, it's cheap but still prefer to have it directly from jar. i will let it go when the service is over
lastly, never had any trouble with my inbound/outgoing mails with NC
you can just say " it is your fault to order from a reseller ", simple and clear
I use both. Both of them are great.
both.
Yes.
Both are good choices.
I would avoid Namecheap/Spaceship email products.
They leak your IP address in email headers if you use SMTP.
Potentially exposing you/your-services to lovely ddos attacks.
I am currently using mxroute. I use it for smtp service to send email from my web and use it on my device. It’s easy to use.
I didn’t use cranemail so I can not give any review about cranemail.
Using mxroute since 2023
