I'm looking for vps servers these requirements:
CPU: any low-to-middle-range
RAM: 4GB
Storage: 20GB
Network: at least 1gbps speed + 50-100TB traffic (willing to buy extra TBs also if it's cheap)
IP address: 1 ipv4 + /48 ipv6 block
Location: Prefer EU zone, but not strict mandatory
Budget: 10-25 usd
