[Looking For] VPS/Proxy with Port 25 for Email Verification

Hey everyone,

I'm working on a project to build an email verification tool and I'm on the hunt for a VPS or a SOCKS5 proxy provider that allows outbound connections on port 25.

My goal is strictly for email verification—the tool check if an email address is valid and reachable. This helps clean lists and reduce bounce rates for legitimate marketing efforts.

Just to be crystal clear, this is NOT for sending emails, bulk mail, or any kind of spam. I understand the fear around port 25, but my use case is purely for the "are you there?" check and doesn't involve sending any email content at all.

If you're a provider who is open to this kind of legitimate traffic, or if you know of one, I'd love to hear from you!

Thanks for your help! :)

This might still be considered abuse by some, so might affect the reputation of the IP (subnet).

That's a fair point, and it's why I'm being upfront about it! The key difference is that this process never actually sends an email.

It's a Partial SMTP Handshake, after it issue HELO/EHLO, then MAIL FROM, and finally the RCPT TO, it immediately sends a QUIT command to terminate the session, so no DATA command is sent, no email body, headers, or content are ever transmitted to the server. Technically, no email is ever "sent," which is the primary distinction between this and spam.
