    +1 There's no option to select two "Same" product in two different locations while checking out.

    • Once you add a product to the cart, if you add another one "Same" product, it multiplies the product not adding a different one with the new info "Hostname/OS"

    If you want to order in multiple location, just add the service to your cart, then instead of checkout, click on continue shopping, and you go an order another service, and they both will be in the cart, then you check out when you added all the services in the cart.

    stuff does happen, however I've had servers with this host and they are always responsive to us and made their best effort I feel.

    Hey @jenzen. Just checked, and you are right, it seems that we have a bug. Sorry for not listening, but I have checked a couple of weeks ago and haven't made any important updates. I seems that if you want to order another server on the same plan, it will also update the VPS added to the cart before and choose the same location. This is weird.

    About your other question, Yes, OS Reinstall is allowed. You can also use your own custom ISO file and install any OS you want.

    We have re-enabled Germany for new orders.

    We have added new servers as well.

    If you want to get a VPS in Germany, now it's the perfect time.

    P.S.: If you already have a VPS in Germany, but got stuck in a crowded node, please open a support ticket so we can migrate you on the new nodes.
