Needed: VPS for VPN in eastern US or Canada
Looking for a small VPS in eastern US*, Toronto or Montreal with accurate IP geolocation to run a small Wireguard instance for personal use, just to watch content that's blocked in my country.
Ideally 2 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, at least 2 TB outbound bandwidth with a 10 Gbps uplink. Budget is $20/year.
