Sorry for any confusion. On-net carriers in that context would be carriers that are on-net at the facility in question, meaning carriers any of our colo customers can cross-connect to if they wish to do so. It is supplementary info regarding the DC(s) we're in.

I have a server at their NYC location. It doesn't. what you see there are the networks available at the data center. It doesnt mean that a provider there is connected to everything listed.
