I am looking for some budget VPS for vpn in Europe, and have no big requirements for hardware (1c0.5g is enough). Focusing on ip quality and stream unlocking.

What country the server should be located? @rarecloud do have vps with residential IPs in Romania, afaik ~ 15€

Ro residential ip for 15€/yr or /mo? I only found vpn-ready server in ro, but there are no mentioned that it is residential ip....
