    Why not just disallow transfer? Even if the fee is 200% the price, I would still take it just for that crazy renewal price alone.

    For this particular deal you should make it completely non-transferable or non-transferable before 1 year or something like that. 30% of $32 is very small amount to pay for such high specs and a good deal. This will stop no resellers since they know people will pay more than double or triple for this deal in DMs.

    Edit: Also mandatory "F off" to resellers. I have had very bad experience with them in other scenarios (not related to server sales).

    With only 5 units I don't think it will matter much whether it can be transferred. I think the announcement was more for his other VPS offers

    or you could allow transfer after X/Months...
    or decrease transfer price month by month ...

    1st month = +240%
    2nd month = +230%
    3rd month = +220%
    and so on...

    You absolutely right. If after the long time is used, the buyer does not need it anymore, then the transfer will be better for it to be idle.
