We are currently building out some Dual Xeon Gold 6122 machines (40 cores / 80 threads) with 64GB RAM and 1TB SSD on a 10Gbit port (30TB monthly transfer). These would be in Texas. If just a single server is needed it'll be around $115/month, but we can bring that down if you need multiple.
We do have some Dual Xeon E5-2683v4 in California (I know you wanted LA), but guessing that comes up just short on # of cores.
