Im not CloudCone stafd but i remember Cloudcone have high false detect system.
Just make a ticket and wait them answer, limited account mean u cant make payment, not all server suspend(if im remembee correctly)

If multiple accounts use the same payment method, then same person has multiple accounts - and this in itself is an issue with Cloudcone, because this brand does not allow multiple accounts.
Part of the delay is likely the weekend.
The other reason is that they're looking into the accounts using this payment method.
Do a direct DM to them here? I had an account with them maybe six or seven years ago they were always very responsive.
