    do I simply cancel the VPS within that 7 day period and get my money back? or is there something else I need to bear in mind? please respond urgently! time is running out!

    sir, check all the tickets as well! and not only thatones for doubleing ressources, also the other tickets regarding, for example, termination a vps and refunding the money (7 day money back guarantee).

    as long as it's within the 7-day money-back period in my case, that's fine. however, if the seven days are up and the ticket is still unprocessed and you then argue that the seven days have now passed... then it gets weird and silly.

    so if i cancel the vps immediately, it won't do any good, and the 7-day money-back guarantee only works via a ticket? there are two open tickets, one to sales in medium priority and another to support in high priority.
