do I simply cancel the VPS within that 7 day period and get my money back? or is there something else I need to bear in mind? please respond urgently! time is running out!

Hey, we are working to resolve all tickets as quickly as possible. Due to a high volume of requests, it may take some time, but please rest assured that all tickets will be addressed as soon as possible.
as long as it's within the 7-day money-back period in my case, that's fine. however, if the seven days are up and the ticket is still unprocessed and you then argue that the seven days have now passed... then it gets weird and silly.
so if i cancel the vps immediately, it won't do any good, and the 7-day money-back guarantee only works via a ticket? there are two open tickets, one to sales in medium priority and another to support in high priority.
@Servitro I am also awaiting resolution on ticket #DDT-194843. It would be nice with a more helpful answer than “we haven’t had any issues”

All tickets have been responded to accordingly.

No wonder it's the Ryzen 9 9950X — I hope the service remains stable.
nice.
however, the epyc was weak. only a fraction of what was expected.
We ran a YABS test just now and did not observe any significant performance drop compared to the previous one.

i don't want to start a yabs-war, i just want to point out the figures. and there is a significant difference between the values.
but we have already solved the problem with the 7-day money-back guarantee. thanks again for that.
Benchmark results can indeed vary depending on the environment, and running it on Windows often shows different figures compared to Linux. We’re glad we could resolve everything smoothly with the 7-day money-back guarantee, and we truly appreciate your understanding and feedback.
